Like most people, the chore of cleaning and sealing my deck and concrete driveway every year was not one of my favorite things to do. And because it needs to be done so often and the whole process takes a lot of time and money, I admit that I neglected to do it more than once. As a homeowner and family man, I know how important leisure time is - we all have far more enjoyable ways to spend our valuable time than redoing these big jobs over and over. In addition, most store-bought products contain toxic, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and I'm concerned about their harmful effects on people, pets and the environment. I knew there had to be a better way.
